This item is returnable with 10 days of order receipt. The item must be unused and must contain all the accessories or/and packing material that was originally provided.

In order to return a product, email shopakrobon@gmail.com from your registered email id. Once your return request is approved, you will receive all the details of the return pickup via Email or Phone. Please keep the parcel packed alongwith your name and order id on the parcel.

In most cities, we can coordinate for a return pick up via our courier network. In cases where a return pick up is not possible, you can send the parcel to our warehouse (Address mentioned below) and share the post receipt with us to claim full return charges upto the extent of 15% of order value.

On receipt  and inspection of the product we will issue a refund. The money will be credited to your payment mode within 7 working days.

Note:
1. During Covid times, please avoid returns. You can call us to check for product images or details befor placing an order. Please return only when absolutely necessary.
2. There could be delays in pickup. This will not impact your return eligibility.
