15 Day Return Policy
We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at AkroBon.com – you can return all items within 15 days of receipt of goods.
Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging remains intact. Any damages to the packaging bag will have to be paid to AkroBon.com at cost.
Defective Items:
If an item is found defective, please get in touch with our customer care on contact@akrobon.com or call us on +91 22 9167208168 within 5 days of receipt of the product. When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and is in its original condition and then issue either a full refund at AkroBon.com in Cash (store credit) or a different item in exchange, as per your request.
Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 15 days from the date of delivery. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.
We also will refund you the shipping charges to the extent of 50% in store credits.
Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging remains intact. Any damages to the packing bag will be deducted from the refund amount.
To Coordinate a Return
Send a picture of the item to shopakrobon@gmail.com with the subject line “RETURN” or call us at +91 22 9167208168 within 5 days of receiving the product. Please also ensure that we should receive the product back within 15 days of sending us the request, otherwise the product will be ineligible for return.

Once we receive the package, we will issue a refund of the purchase amount and for courier to the extent of 50% towards charges borne by you, as store credits. You can redeem your store credit towards future purchases from us. In case the return is found ineligible for refund, we will courier the product back to you.
We will strive to close the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement :
- Damages due to misuse of product
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
- Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
- Some special rules for promotional offers may override “AkroBon’s 10 Day Returns Policy”
